Charlotte's Birth

"I'm still gobsmacked I was able to have the birth I dreamed of. I wouldn't describe the contractions or birth as painful but manageable uncomfortableness. I never thought I'd be able to use just gas & air and breathe my baby out but I did and that's all because of you! Thank you so very very much."

Your Teacher

Hi, I'm Donna Bull, I've been a Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing teacher for over 10 years. I'm also a mum of two boys and since having my sons I've been on a mission to help women have a better pregnancy and a fearless birth.

My first birth didn't go well, I was anxious and unprepared and after a long labour I had an unplanned caesarean. I knew it had to be different for my second and this led me to Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing.

My second birth was everything I'd hoped for, a short unmedicated labour, comfortable contractions and a vaginal birth! Since then I've helped thousands of women have wonderful births, using movement and mindset, and I'd love to do the same for you!

Victoria H.

"I had my daughter last week and it was the most amazing birth I could have wished for! Thank you so much for the breathing tips, I used them throughout and even my midwife commented on how calm I was! Plus no tearing, which was my big fear, thank you!!"

Pregnancy Yoga

Prenatal Yoga will prepare you mentally and physically for birth - a 2022 study found it was "more beneficial than walking and standard prenatal exercises for both physical and mental health". As well as reducing anxiety and depression, pregnancy yoga "reduced duration of labour and increased odds of normal vaginal delivery and tolerance for pain." (Corrigan et al 2022)

Breathing

The most useful thing you can do during labour is controlled breathing, breathing in this way stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, the state we need to be in for labour to flow. With a whole module on breathing, you'll learn how to breathe to open the cervix, how to breathe your baby down, and how to breathe whilst pushing (to help avoid tearing).

Relaxation

The relaxation videos on the course will help to calm your nervous system and help you cope with any anxious thoughts you might be having about birth. They'll give you time to rest and connect with your baby. Plus they'll enable you to access deep relaxation during labour, giving you a much greater chance of a calm and comfortable, empowered birth.
